TRILACTIS Butter
Made from German butter, this is available with vanillin aroma and carotene colouring. Trilactis butter is greatly suited to making all kinds of butter pastries.

TRILACTIS German butter
German butter is made only with fresh cream under optimised quality guidelines and is intended for baking, frying and cooking.

TRILACTIS puff pastry butter
This is ideal for folding and rolling puff pastes and brioche doughs and is also available with vanillin aroma and carotene colouring.
TRILACTIS grated cheese
Made from Allgäu Emmentaler
with 45% fat dm.
Through its hearty taste and positive melting characteristics, Trilactis grated cheese is especially suited for making and refining creative baking specialities. These include cheese buns, Bavarian cheese brezels, snacks or pizzas, as well for cooking "au gratin".



TRILACTIS processed cheese
with 40% fat dm.
This is ideal for making bouillon and cooked products since no separation occurs at high temperatures and the cheese emulsion remains intact. And even in such baked goods as bread buns and croissants, the cheese remains in its diced form. It is available in practical 1 kg and 5 kg bags.
