Bakery butter – which is made of German butter – ensures a full butter taste and excellent baking properties. Hoche croissant butter
Croissant butter with an optimised 36-38 °C melting point is ideal for folding and rolling butter croissants and butter puff pastes. The higher melting point provides the production process with an added safeguard and the baked items with optimum flaking and a typical pastry butter taste.

Hoche pastry butter
Pastry butter with an ideal 32-34 °C melting point. This means that your shortbread will have those tender flaking and crumb like characteristics, whilst the full butter taste is retained. Butterfat contains at least 99.8% pure milkfat and is made from high quality butter and fresh cream. In addition, it is produced under a hygienically controlled manufacturing process (HACCP), guaranteeing a long shelf life.
