Powder processing
Powder processing is our core competence in the job processing sector. It involves containing the spray drying, on demand and in combination with the agglomeration, the mixing (levelling), the pure agglomeration and the innovative LiCAP®-process.
The
LiCAP®-process. is a unique high-capacity process enabling you to produce powder directly from the molten mass and encapsulate liquids and/or powder.
For the spray drying, we have seven spray towers and a test facility with an evaporation capacity from 200 kg/h to 3,000 kg/h at your disposal. You can choose between a centrifugal high pressure nozzle and two-component nozzles allowing you to froth, single or two stage with an integrated or external fluid bed.
Our spray tower10.enables the drying of active pharmaceutical ingredients according to GMP ICH Q7.
For mixing, you can choose between two pilot mixing facilities and three ploughshares and spiral mixer. Furthermore, you have the possibility of including liquid.
